Colombo City Centre located in Colombo, Sri Lanka and one of the tallest structure in Colombo designed by AEDAS, Singapore and constructed by SANKEN Construction from Sri Lanka. FCD appointed as façade design consultant to design the façade system with 3.5 kpa wind pressure and proof load of 4.96 kpa wind pressure during laboratory testing of façade system in win wall Singapore.

39 story commercial building designed by PWA Architects, the unitized façade designed out of European system. FCD did the design evaluation and approval given complying the architect’s intent. The project is under construction and to complete by end 2022.

48 story Apartment complex designed by PWA architects for Belluna Group, a Japanese real state investment company. FCD did the design evaluation of façade with architectural fins out of Gutmann, German proprietary system. Façade testing done by Thomas Bell Wright, Dubai and the project completed in January 2022.

Hilton hotel located in Dhaka, Bangladesh from Premier group which is one of leading group in Bangladesh . FCD Thailand appointed as a façade consultant to design the façade. The façade is unitized glazing with decorative aluminum fins with cantilever screen going above structure.

International Islamic bank located in Doha , Qatar with one of most challenging geometry with starfish form. Façade has different degree of panels designed with unitized system by our jess paras, Technical director of our group based out of Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam .

The office tower named as Menara Palma 2 , located in Jakarta , Indonesia designed by concept architect RTKL from USA and local architect PT. Airmas Asri. Which is one of iconic façade in the Jakarta city. FCD as a façade consultant appointed by client and worked closely with RTFL and PT Airmas.

Falcon Tower located in Doha, Qatar which is Mixed used development project. The façade having combination of cladding, glass curtain wall and podium with metal screen. The performance of glass and selection of materials become very important and selected as per sun path analysis. Qatar has highest temperature during summer. Façade designed with highest performance level brining double silver low-e glass with thermal break system.

ICHETAN project also named as T1 located in Sukhumvit soi 40 which is in heart of Bangkok city, Thailand. The façade in this building is complex and iconic structure designed by Palmer & Turner Thailand who is one of leading architectural firm in Asia. FCD appointed by developer to design this complex façade by team up with Architect . The façade on above podium change degree in different level in plan in each floor from 171 degree onwards which form twisted shape. The façade in every floor of setted which create a complicated junction between glass panels and horizontal Aluminium cladding line .

Hotel façade with unitised façade and lotus shape external aluminium fins including complex podium.

GAZPROM project in located in Minsk in Russia which is petroleum headquarter for oil and gas company. The façade has designed grid structure with complex roof skylight which is glass and the BMU system projected out from the roof with automatic slider panels. Complex façade.

Iconic twin tower located in north east part of India, Kolkata designed by one of leading architect Mr. Vivek Rathode from Salient design studios. The structure is full y steel structure with unitised façade designed with 2 layer of glass colour. There are green walling and landscaping. The façade always challenging with this kind of shape with steel structure because the unitised façade designed should have the structure with structural alignment not more than +/- 10mm. Horizontally and vertically. FCD India designed successfully and constructed as per FCD Designed. This project is received international award in Dubai.

Diamond Crown plaza from DOJI Group from Hanoi located in Hai Phong which is one of iconic tower with landmark tower as hotel and apartment with first ever concrete external features structural column with glass façade behind designed. FCD Vietnam appointed as façade consultant and architect MDL from Italy as architectural designed.

Project: Hoiana South Development Phase I

Hoiana south development Phase 1 located in Hoiana, Vietnam designed by Architect Wong & Ouyang (HK) Ltd . FCD VN hired by Hoiana for peer review and provide solutions in façade which were damaged during recent typhoon in 2020 . FCD inspected the damaged areas and also reviewed existing façade drawings to provide necessary solutions for façade contractor to follow . It is successfully implemented the remedial solution by façade contractor.

Hyatt regency is a 5 start hotel located in Sukhumvit soi13 in Bangkok, Thailand designed by OBA architect who is one of leading architectural firm in Bangkok. The façade was designed previously where client appointed FCD Thailand to bring value engineering solution to minimise the cost of façade without changing the architectural intent. FCD reviewed the existing facade design w.r.t architectural design and bring value engineering design without deviating architectural intent and performance and successfully lower down cost 1.8 million USD from our design technique.
